This cost a staggering €2,438.75 in resubmission fees after Cork County Council Planners ruled that it was vital for the planning application to proceed. The notice reads "Comharchumann Chléire Teo intends to apply for permission for development at this site, Cnocán na mBáirneach, Cape Clear, Skibbereen, Co Cork." Cnocán na mBáireadh is 2 miles away by road from this site.
